My journey in sport began as a volleyball player chasing perfection, where early struggles with pressure and self-doubt revealed just how powerful the mind is in performance. That experience sparked a deep curiosity about the “why” behind consistency, confidence, and composure under pressure. Today, through a background in Physical Education, a Double Master’s in Sport and Exercise Psychology, and experience across teaching, coaching, and professional sport, I help athletes develop the mental skills needed to perform at their best. Mental Edge was built from both lived experience and science, with one goal: to help athletes move beyond fear and compete with clarity, resilience, and trust in themselves.
